Saturday, March 23, 2013 the SJC Boxing Club, Inc. will be celebrating our 21st birthday with an Open House and Fundraiser from 12:00 noon until 5:00 PM, located at 1929 Winkler Ave, Fort Myers, Florida 33901.
Our boxers will be working out, sparring, and and sharing their stories for everyone who comes by. The gym will also be available for those wanting to train with us and try our fitness routine with no obligation. So, stop by, young or old, male or female, and enjoy the day with us.
Our gym, which is internationally known, has trained boxers from 65 different countries, produced 10 professional world champions and numerous amateur champions. Press conferences have been broadcast internationally, movie and television scenes have also been filmed in the gym, but more importantly SJC Boxing has helped the youth of Southwest Florida to help themselves and there are many success stories to share.
The SJC Boxing Gym was set up as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization by Florida Boxing Hall of Fame trainer Steve Canton and our 21st birthday is now upon us. The purpose of our celebration is to increase awareness and illustrate the importance of the programs offered, and to expose new people to the benefits that SJC Boxing provides.
Everyone is invited so join us for our birthday celebration, Saturday, March 23, 2013.
